Gene Rouleau
Gene is a co-founder and Member of the Board of Directors of GRA, Inc. He has been a project leader for consulting work in Agriculture, Air Force, Army, Commerce, Energy, EPA, Interior, Navy, Transportation, Veterans Affairs, Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, and the Federation of Micronesia.
He specializes in organizational effectiveness reviews, efficiency studies, benchmarking, business process re-engineering, restructuring and reorganization, high performance teams, managing the change process in large organizations, and the facilitation of management retreats. He has been a keynote speaker at professional conferences and a presenter in many executive development and management training programs.
He retired as the acting regional director of the Office of Personnel Management in Dallas. He worked for the U.S. Marketing Group, Xerox Corporation, through the Presidents Executive Exchange Program. He worked on Capitol Hill as a Fellow of the American Political Science Association. He served as the commander of a US Marine Corps artillery battery in Vietnam.
Gene has a B.A. in Latin American Area Studies, University of Minnesota, and a M.S. in Personnel from George Washington University.
