Gary Koca
Mr. Koca currently serves as Vice President of Operations Support GRA, Inc. He has over 35 years of federal human resources management experience. He retired after 25 years with the Chicago Region of the Office of Personnel Management.
Between 1995 and June of 2004, he worked as the business development director and Midwest Representative for a major HR consulting firm. Since July of 2004, he has worked for GRA. Mr. Koca has won several performance and special act awards and was twice nominated as the Federal Employee of the Year under the Chicago Federal Executive Board. He has served as a writer, featured speaker, consultant, trainer, and developer of training materials over the past ten years.
He is a recognized expert in the field of performance management and is a requested speaker and trainer in these areas.
