Stephen J. Kenealy
Dr. Kenealy has 34 years of leadership and operational experience in human capital management with special emphasis in recruitment and employment services.
He has directed a nation-wide recruitment effort, re-engineered recruiting and employment services, processes and procedures, and led an agency wide effort to transform a transactional human resource office into a consultative and decision support human capital office. Dr. Kenealy has served as a Personnel Officer providing a full range of service for more then 2,000 employees and has served in both the excepted and competitive services. He has worked with a variety of Federal agencies in most aspects of human resources management, including automated staffing.
He currently serves as CEO and President of the company.
