Dennis Hermann
Mr. Hermann has 30 years of experience in leading and managing employee and labor relations programs for the Army and briefly for the IRS. He has many years of experience as a guest speaker at conferences and workshops, and as an adjunct faculty member at the Army War College and the Army Center for Civilian Human Resource Management.
Since joining GRA in 2003, he developed and presented a wide range of employee and labor relations seminars and workshops throughout the country. He also was a key player in the design of performance management programs for the U.S. Capitol Police and the Department of Homeland Security. In that capacity he developed training material, presentations and users guides and presented over 30 workshops. Mr. Hermann is currently Director of GRA Training.
