Nilda E. (Daliza) Salas
Ms. Salas currently serves as a Principal with GRA, Inc. She has served in the Federal Government for 32 years in a variety of leadership, policy and operational positions in the area of Human Capital Management, with experience in staffing, recruitment, performance management, professional development, workforce analysis and succession planning, executive services, personnel security, work life and benefits administration, diversity management and employee/labor management relations.
Ms. Salas’ experience in several Federal departments at the headquarters, field and component levels, has given her extensive knowledge of the inner working of the competitive service, with notable success in ensuring that Human Resources performance goals and measures align with the agency’s strategic plan.
