Marie Musante
Ms. Musante has over 36 years of Leadership and Human Resources experience including Labor Relations Officer for an agency of 18,000 employees, Personnel Officer for an Inspector General’s Organization and Chief Human Resources for a major agency component.
Before joining GRA, she spent six years as a Senior Project Manager for a human resources consulting firm performing a variety of tasks including: managing projects and contracts; presentations to potential clients; recruiting consultants; identifying appropriate consultants for agency contract requirements; representing the organization at conferences and meetings and working with clients to ensure optimal outcomes.
In addition to the above areas, Ms Musante is a Certified Mediator and has served as an EEO investigator and Counselor. She is currently Director of Human Resources and EEO Services.
